Phantasma Kitchen brings a taste of Rome to your home

Phantasma Kitchen’s origins come from our head chef Timothy Lane’s nearly ten years of experience working and practicing culinary arts in Rome. Throughout this decade of practice, Tim was exposed to and mastered one of the defining cuisines of Roman culture – authentic Roman-style pizza, also known as “Tonda.”
This masterful meal is characterized by lighter dough, fresh toppings, and a scorching-high baking temperature that gives the crust its defining crisp. We also pride ourselves in following the traditional Italian method of preparing pizza dough, which requires a minimum of 72 hours to rise and is the reason for our uniquely thin crust. Because traditional Italian dough has less yeast, it is also considered healthier & more digestible than your average pizza dough.
We now have expanded our offerings to the delicious, full menu we have today, which includes everything from pizza, wings, desserts and refreshing beverages. Here at Phantasma, we are excited to give the Austin community the opportunity to experience a night in Rome from the comfort of our patio or their home.
