We’ll still be wood-firing our za’s and slinging birria, it will just look a little different. We’re excited to announce that our sister company, The Garden, will be taking over the space with a planned opening in early 2022. With locations in Bee Cave and Georgetown, The Garden features the delicious roman-style pizza you know and love, fresh Maine lobster rolls, pasta dishes and other Boston Italian bites.

For all of our Lechuza fans, don’t worry, because we’ll still be serving our infamous Birria out of our food truck beginning in late November (location coming soon). While we’re sad to close this chapter, we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this community and we can’t wait for you to experience what The Garden has to offer!
